Imagej fiji unsupported bit depth3/6/2024 All other ImageJ commands only ‘see’ the power spectrum. operate on the 32-bit FHT, not on the 8-bit power spectrum. The parameters are described and an example is given in EDF-demo.txt. The plugin is callable from an ImageJ macro, in 'easy' mode. The ImageJ forum was built using Discourse. The maximum range is 0-255 for 8-bit images and 0-65535 for 16-bit images. Download the plugin ExtendedDepthField.jar (version ) and place it in the 'plugins' folder of ImageJ.
